20 Ianuarie 1985 . Udinese - AC Milan . Pauza meciului . De aici a inceput sa se scrie istoria . Paolo Maldini , fiiul fostului capitan al Milanului Cesare Maldini avea sa intre pe teren dupa pauza in locul accidentatului Battistini . La momentul respectiv , pentru sustinatorii Milanului , Paolo era doar un pusti crescut in pepiniera clubului care avea avantajul de a-l avea tata pe cunoscutul Cesare Maldini . De atunci au trecut 26 de ani in care Paolo a imbracat acelasi tricu al rossonerrilor . Ajuns o legenda , Paolo a devenit unul dintre cei mai mari fotbalisti din lume . Capitan al Milanului din 1997 , Maldini se retragere la sfarsitul sezonului (din care mai sunt doua etape) dar maine va fi o zi speciala pe San Siro , arena cui Maldini ii spune "acasa" inca din '78 pe cand el era la grupa de juniori , pentru el va fi ultimul meci pe frumoasa arena , unde cu siguranta vor fi prezenti 80 de mii de oameni pentru a-i face o retragere fastuoasa . Paolo are un palmares la fel de sclipitor ca si activitatea sa de fotbalist , ia sa-i vedem rubrica "Onoruri" in care el are cele mai titrate trofee din lume :
